- The slaveholder named Enrico de Podio sells an enslaved Albanian woman named Melica, who is approximately 19 years of age, to a certain Benedetto Ittaliano, for 185 Genoese lire. The contract contains a clause that if, for any reason, the children of Melica could not be sold as enslaved persons, then the sale is void and Enrico would have to return the purchase price to Benedetto. The contract was extracted.
