- The slaveholder from the commune of Chiavari named Girolamo de Vico sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maddalena, who is approximately 28 years of age, to a certain Gaspare Lercari, for 158 Genoese lire. The contract notes that the enslaved Maddalena had been the legal property of the deceased Corrado de Vico, the father of Girolamo. The contract also notes that the enslaved Maddalena is sold with all of her clothes which are currently in the city of Genoa.
