- The slaveholder and blacksmith named Giovanni de Rapallo sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maria, who is approximately 20 years of age, to three brothers, a notary named Giovanni Riccio, an archer named Bertone Riccio, and a certain Oberto Riccio, for 130 Genoese lire. Oberto was absent during the transaction and was represented by the enacting notary Branca Bagnara. The brothers have the right to return Maria within one year if they discover she is prone to drunkenness or theft. The contract was extracted.
