- The slaveholder and banker named Teramo Centurione leases out an enslaved Ruthenian child, who was born in Barcelona and named Micaela, and who is approximately 16 years of age, to Paolo de Puteobonello, for a term of 6 years and total payment of for 72 Genoese lire. Paolo is represented in the transaction by the Milanese citizen Antonio de Parabiago who serves as his procurator by the power of a contract enacted by the notary Paolo de Odino. The enslaved Micaela was present during the transaction and represented by the enacting notary Tommaso Duracino. The contract states that should Paolo enter into marriage with Micaela during the period of the lease then she is to be manumitted. Teramo retains the right of patronage after any manumission. The contract was twice extracted.
