- The former slaveholder named Antonio de Podio appoints his son Dexerino as his procurator to administer the assets of the deceased Giorgio de Podio, a formerly enslaved man who had been held by Antonio and who had taken the 'de Podio' surname. Giorgio had died intestate and so Antonio, as patron of the deceased Giorgio, was the legal heir to his estate.
