The enslaved Micaela was present during the transaction and represented by the enacting notary Tommaso Duracino. The contract states that should Paolo enter into marriage with Micaela during the period of the lease then she is to be manumitted. Teramo retains the right of patronage after any manumission. The enslaved Caterina was declared as part of the inheritance of the brothers and had been held by their now deceased father Domenico Grimaldi. Tommaso Grimaldi represents his brothers (who are absent) in the transaction and the enacting notary Tommaso Duracino represents the absent Margarita. The contract mandates that Margarita will be manumitted at the end of the term of service with Tommaso retaining the right of patronage. The contract was twice extracted.

The lease indicates that the buyer accepts any physical ailments that the enslaved Caterina may have and will not contest the contract based on claims around her health. Luciano is represented in the transaction by Lodisio de Rocheta, acting as his procurator as per another notarial act dated 17 June 1455. The contract was twice extracted.

This is a sub-lease of the same enslaved woman that Giacomo had received from Vincenzo de Rabiis on 10 December 1455 (which itself was a sub-lease). The contract was extracted.

  The slaveholder and shoemaker named Pietro de Camera leases out an enslaved Hungarian woman named Melica, who is approximately 38 years of age, to the nobleman Brancaleone Doria, acting on behalf of Giovanni Francesco Spinola, who is in Pisa, for a term of three years and a total payment of 60 Genoese lire. The enslaved Melica is to serve as a wet nurse for the family of Giovanni Francesco. If Melica is unable to sufficiently nurse the child of Giovanni Francisco within one month after her arrival in Pisa, then the contract will be void and the 60 lire returned to Pietro. The contract was extracted.

The enslaved Agnese had been previously held by the deceased Andreolo Grillo and the rights to hold her were passed in his testament to Bianchetta and Giovanni Francesco. Part of the payment (53 of the 100 lire) is made in one share (loca) of the Casa di San Giorgio held by the former servant (most likely formerly enslaved) of the deceased Battista Lomellini named Maria.

The contract indicates that she was leased with her own clothing.
