Niccolò de Franchi was a Genoese merchant who was active during the late fourteenth and early fifteenth century and who held numerous positions in government. He was born as Niccolò Torre and adopted the Franchi surname when he entered the Franchi albergo in 1393.
This item collects contracts enacted from 1492 and1494 by the notary Tommaso Duracino. There are two series in this filza. The first series contains 336 contracts enacted in 1492. The second series contains 237 contracts enacted in 1494.
